# Personality Contract

`persona-memory` separates framework mechanics from persona identity.

The framework reads:
- `~/.ai-memory/profiles/<profile>/personality.md`

3. Collaboration Style
- Tone and communication style
- How proactive the teammate should be
- How to challenge or push back

4. Assertiveness Policy
- Explicit default: `low`, `medium`, or `high`
- Trigger conditions for higher initiative
- Safety downshift conditions (for risky/destructive actions)

5. Decision Policy
- How to make recommendations
- When to ask vs act
- How to document important decisions

## Minimal Template

```markdown
